In keeping with our commitment to extend great service to our patrons, the library is launching a new personalized service:  Book a Librarian.

Berlin-Peck Library cardholders who need help setting up email or social media accounts, using library databases, finding the perfect book to read, searching family lineage, downloading eBooks to their laptops or reading device, or conducting general research will be able to schedule a session of up to 45 minutes with a librarian. This one-on-one service will be available Monday through Friday based on staff availability.

Please note: The purpose of Book a Librarian is to provide one-on-one instruction for beginning learners. Unfortunately, we cannot help with secretarial work, online purchases, forms that require confidential information, computer problems, or connectivity issues. For more advanced instruction, please consult our database, Universal Class, which provides detailed instruction on over 500 subjects including computer software and applications.
