3rd son of Dea. Isaac and Mary [Woodford] North. Samuel and wife, Lois, joined Christian Lane[Kensington Congregational] Church on 07 JULY 1765. Was charter member of Berlin Congregational Church, founded in 1775. Was probably a Corporal enlisted in Lieut. Porter's Co. 6th Regiment, CT Militia during Revolution. Samuel died at age 72 years.
