Third son of Jedediah and Sarah [Wilcox] North. Married 1st Salome Wilcox. David and Salome joined Berlin Congregational Church in 1812. He married 2nd his cousin, Caroline North. In 1790 he was living in Ludlow, MA; about 1794 moved to Meredith, NY.
