Reynold lived at 30 Beckley Road in 1994. He was the widower of Grace E. Sanford and a lifetime resident of Berlin. Reynold was a member of Berlin Congregational Church. He was a retired Berlin police officer; special constable in 1954; a supernumerary in 1956; and a regular police officer in 1960, retiring in September of 1977. He died at New Britain General Hospital at age 81. He was survived by his son, Ronald; his daughter, Patricia; three sisters, Lydia Surko, Aice Rubitz, and Agnes Kukoski. He was also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
