Alexander L. Blair of Cromwell died at age 90. He was predeceased by his wife, Margaret [Roulier] Alexander. A native of Brockton, MA , he had lived in Berlin, moving to Cromwell in 1986. He was a World War II US Army veteran. He was a Quality Control Supervisor at Fafnir Bearing Company until his retirement in 1986. He was a member of St. Gabriel's Episcopal Church in East Berlin; Unity Lodge #148, AF & AM; the 70+ Ski Club; and was a member of the Descendants of the Mayflower. He was survived by two sons, L. Blair Alexander, Jr. and his wife Cindy of Stewartstown, PA; and Barry Alexander and his wife, Karen of Kensington; five grandchildren; three and a half great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial Service was held at Carlson Funeral Home in New Britain; there were no calling hours. Memorial donations to St. Gabriels Episcopal Churc in East Berlin.
