town lines (?) also served as registrar in 1876, 1877.

President of the Berlin Savings Bank until his death in 1923. Active member of: Berlin Library Assn. ; Berlin Agricultural Society ; Berlin Cong. Church, Worthington Ecclesiasticl Society, politically active. Catalog card notes his service as Town Clerk as 14 years, so above reports are probably incomplete: He lived in his father's house at 136 Middletown Road after his father died in 1878. He and his wife joined the Berlin Congregational Church on Sept. 2, 1893, both later dismissed.
