She is recorded as being a "wealthy English woman" in North's History of Berlin. She married 1st Rev. Samuel Clark, second pastor of the Kensington Congregational Church. She is recorded as being "removed to Worthington" on Nov. 30 1766 from Bolton. She married 2nd. Deacon Amos Horsford (variant spelling "Hosford) at Kensington Congregational Church; Jerusha was from Kensington and Amos from Worthington. Jerusha and Amos joined Berlin Congregational Church between 1786 and 1795. No death date is given for Jerusha - noted in Hale Collection that stone is sunken.
