Baptized at Kensington Congregational Church. Born and raised in Kensington. Had medical practice north of 825 Worthington Ridge. Graduated from Yale in 1815 with John Gates Percival. Fellow at Yale.
Recommended to Kensington Congregational Church on 14 NOV 1816. Joined Berlin Congregational Church 7 OCT 1827 with wife. Both dismissed 1852. Superintendent of Berlin Congregational Church in 1828. Had son James died Nov. 10, 1836 age 10 mos.
Horatio was a State Senator. He died at age 72.
