Married 1st Thetis in Cheshire. Married 2nd Maria Riley. He was a Lay Reader and officiated at Worthington Church (Berlin Congregational Church) during the Rev. James Kilbourne's trip to Ohio in 1802. Succeeded the Rev. Kilbourne in 1803. He died at age 82 years.
