Variant spelling of her maiden name is "McCrumb". Catalog card spells 1st husbands surname "Hazlett", Hale's cemetery record "Heslitt.
She joined East Berlin United Methodist Church on various dates according to church records:
March 2, 1873; 1874; March 10, 1876. Church record states that she was "in class 5 Sep 1875."
She was removed with certificate June 23, 1872 and by letter to New Britain, September 7, 1884.
Married 1st William Heslitt; mar. 2nd James H. Ross. She was widow of James. In 1932 she lived on Berlin St., East Berlin.
