Sixth son of Nathaniel and Martha Hart. Baptized at Kensington Congregational Church by Rev. Samuel Clark. He was adopted by his uncle, Gen. Selah Hart. Married at Kensington Congregational Church; both Cyprian and Lucy from Kensington. He resided in his uncle's homestead and inherited it. He died at age 37 years. BPLH Card Notes give burial place as cemetery near Cashman Place.
