Parents were from Wethersfield.
BPLH Room Card Notes record the following:
"Keating, Victor and Remington bicycles, field, marine and opera glasses, new home sewing
machines, custom grinding of all kinds of optical goods, repairer of clocks and watches".
In 1890 Agricultural Society Program ad "W.W. Mildrum - East Berlin - optical goods field and marine glasses, jewels".
In 1891 - photographic cameras, Victor bicycles.
In Agricultural Society booklet ad in 1893 and 1896 - watch, clocks and compass jewels; repair clocks and watches.. He used agates found in East Berlin for ship surveyor's compasses.
Became Mildrum Manufacturing Company.
He was appointed Postmaster of East Berlin on 06 JUN 1898.
