Lived at 154 Sunset Lane , Berlin ca.1905. Graduated Yale's Sheffield Scientific School as engineer in 1877. Joined Corrugated Metal Co. in 1878 and brought it into prominence as Berlin Iron Bridge Co.. Became president on death of S.C. Wilcox in 1886. Became president of American Hardware headquarters in 1901. In 1919 accepted position in New York City and sold Berlin property.
