Harold R. Avery died at age 76, unexpectedly.
Born in New Britain and resident there until moving to Kensington in 1953.
Graduate of New Britain High School class of 1934.
Operated the H.R. Avery & Son Company [woodworking tool sales company] past 25 years.
Member of Centennial Lodge #118 AF&AM in New Britain, and the Sphinx Temple Shrine in Newington.
Survived by his wife, Eleanor [Wallace] Avery; son and daughter-in-law, Alan and Deborah Avery of Newington; three grandchildren, Jason, Jessica and Jennifer Avery.
